What's Being Said
I had been trying to find help for my husband who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 49.
I have anxiety and depression so we’re a bit of a mix! Following years of chaos on my husbands part and anxiety and depression on mine I was running out of hope and had begun thinking about divorce. We were both very unhappy. Until I found Tania.
Tania has given us both hope. She has helped us change our perspectives of ADHD and anxiety and given us strategies to help us turn our lives and relationship around.
I can say now that I know my husband better than I ever have and love him more deeply and fully. I have a new found respect and compassion for how he’s coped with the challenges in his life and he mine.
We are having adventures together again and making each other laugh. We are looking forward to many more years together.
Simply, we are both so glad we found Tania.

Tania approached my ADHD therapy with a high level understanding, an absence of judgment, and a progressive, structured treatment plan. It was incredibly effective for me and importantly, I so enjoyed working with her. I came to Tania with a 40 year history of undiagnosed ADHD and the self esteem issues that result from that; long-term underperformance at work, and avoidant coping habits that had gotten me into real trouble in my private life. As a result of my work with Tania alongside diagnosis and medication, I'm no longer procrastinating,
I've negotiated a challenging divorce and I've been promoted at work; I feel in control of my life and the equal of my peers for the first time. It's hard to express just how powerful that is.

Before I worked with Tania, I would think “That’s ADHD and it is what it is”, but now I think “I have ADHD and there’s things that I can do about it”. I’ve had therapists before but never had such a practical approach. It’s been very helpful and I feel so much better than before.

My late diagnosis of ADHD sparked my interest in learning more about the condition and what it meant for me. I am really glad to have found Tania. Her specialist knowledge and understanding of ADHD was both incredibly helpful and validating, and combined with her warm, honest, and insightful approach has helped me to identify and better understand my own experience of the condition. Tania is a real pleasure to work alongside. As a result of our work together, I am now more aware and accepting of the role that ADHD has and continues to play in my life and have been able to implement a number of positive changes.
BF, ADHD Coaching client
Tania was the second therapist that I have spoken to, and straight away I could feel it was different to my last. I think what made the difference was feeling like she actually knew what I was talking about, with her extensive background in the dementia side and specifically young onset, she understands the complexities and different areas I was talking about. It was really helpful to talk through everything and for her to not only listen but to give advice and understanding as she has worked in this area for so long.
I think when you are going through living with someone with dementia, it is so hard to be able to talk about it with people that understand it or have not personally been through it. My mother was diagnosed at the age of 54 and a lot of people just see dementia as older people, so it is hard to find anyone that can understand the thoughts and feelings that come with the diagnosis at such a young age. Tania really helped me work through all of this and was not only a person there to listen but her advice was really helpful. I always felt a weight lifted after our sessions.

I wanted to thank you for all the work you did with my adult son. He had never engaged with a therapist for that long before, and I think your immense experience of dealing with people with neurodiverse brains really helped him feel understood by you early on. He has been immeasurably happier and more stable in his mood. Life has been really good! We are so grateful for that. It has made a huge difference to us too. It has been good to see him start to flourish once again. I think life won't ever be straightforward but I think he feels encouraged that his can be a life very definitely worth living, and can be a rewarding and fulfilling one. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated your work and care.
